If there's one issue I cannot get resolved it's window materials.  I have a material set for a mesh that has a window on it and can't seem to get the window correct.  I've tried using BLEND_Masked and BLEND_Translucent and my results don't turn out the way I want.  Is there a tutorial I can use that will set me straight?  The tutorials I'm finding are not what I'm looking for.  I've avoided this because it's the one thorn in my side I can't get out and I don't know why.  More than likely, it's a simple answer too.
