Dota 2 Particles Issue

Hello everyone.
I got an issues with creating particles for Dota 2 steam worckshop.
I'm using scriot method and all is fine, but the problem is if i make my own particles and attach it to my item it doesnt appear. Also if i take an existing particles it's appear but it's like 50/50. One of them appearing and the another one dont.
Maybe anyone may help me to figure out what's wrong.
For particles creating i'm using Particle Editor tool via Alien Swarm.

For hero item. For Jugg's weapon.

Just want to figure out if there are any mistakes from my side.
So when new engine comes out i will be ready to made particles without any mistakes from my side;3
The First is only for a hero items by the use of Vertex-Based Particles
And there is nothing complicated because at the workshop page you have the special slot for particle's geometry file.

I wonder does this works for couriers too?
Yes, it does.
I'm using the second way. And it works 50/50. One partciles appear and another one dont thou it's a problem.
