SpeedTree... but for Rocks?

Hey,
So, we all know about SpeedTree, but I was wondering if there was a similar package that you could use for creating Rocks , formations and cliff faces etc?
I saw one called Medusa but it doesn't seem to be quite 'there' yet.
any ideas?

Does this output polygonal geometry, or is it some kind of voxel thing?
And remember that there is Houdini Indie version version too, which costs 200$f for year and allows you to use it commercially as long as you don't break $100K income in one year. And it gives you all the tools that Houdini FX have. The only limitations are no external renderers allowed (so no Octane support etc.) and Render limit size for animations set to 1080p, which is more than enough fro freelancers and indie because they don't have possibilities to used massive renderfarms.
You can convert it to whatever you want.
But it will be not so easy job like in SpeedTree. It's a TD tool, so you have to dive deep enough to know how to do things like that.
It's Houdini too. Quite old, from 2007.
