I would also suggest adding another silhouette element that her base carries. Her older skins break a lot of her silhouette, (which don't make the best references) but in her base she wears a cape. If you could incorporate that in as well, it would read much better as Ashe.

TerraBite, I did her bow, but I need adjust some points, so, I don't posted it yet. you are right, I need pass more the character's feeling, thought, maybe scale up her scarf making it like the cape, that was my idea all the time.
here, how goes the bow.
DKK all that a want pass with this design, is that the char is dangerous and skilled, she could kill anyone with any weapon, i know, maybe i should have chose other char, but i liked her since first time that i saw her

Here my last and final update, time's up for me. I'd really like work more in few points,but I had to undergo surgery, and I will not be able to recover in time to finalize and rigg

If she was really meant to the an Oriental bow warrior, then you should really check your references.
1.- Ragnarok Online ninja outfit? Well, that's not a real problem, but at least change the katana for a kodachi, which is more proper for the outfit in many levels, especially at conceptual level.
2.- Why always high heels? No one fights with high heels. Thus far, I'm still impressed that Beyonc
