SOLVED: Cannot load a mesh into 3DO

This is happenning in 1.8 and also in previous 1.7:
I try to load a very simple mesh made in ZBRUSH ( I made sure it is triangulated)
and cannot see it.

Does this happen with every mesh or just those from Zbrush? Is the mesh in OBJ format?
Only tested with a siimple one from ZB
I will try with opne from 3ds max (My main app)
(Obviously an OBJ)
EDIT: Exported a cylinder from 3ds max - converted to an editable mesh and imported as mesh into DDO - nothing happens - I still see the default sphere :-(

I tried the AK47 (or 74) and it loaded it but still could not load a simple 2-3 IDs from ZBRUSH
Are there any guidelines other than the "Triangulated mesh" ??
Also - How can I export a tri mesh from ZBrush ? (I triangulated it in 3ds max)
