I'm working on my turret model!
My concept is to make a human holding his shield with a sad face,also some damages to the statue of him to show that his taking multiple shots by the enemies but he's defending untill the end!
With textures it will be even more better
i will add teardrops to his eyes to make his posture even more dramatic!
I still have to make the hard surfce armor pieces & the shield hope you like it!

Look for example here - not the best examples, but a way more dynamic pose is achieved:

This one here i like because you can see how heavy the spear is. I would expect this kind of feeling for your guy too - at least his shield looks really heavy
I will try to change the pose to a more dynamic one as much as i can,i have duynameshed already so it won't be easy to make changes for the hip in that great level but i can definitely improve this!
