Environment Art Packages for Sharing

So, assuming we already know there ARE such packages on asset stores like Unity Store or UE Marketplace, are there any locations where I might be able to directly contact environment artists for or download (free) environment art packages?

My personal intention is to just use it as backdrop for my character beauty shots. Give them a sense of place.

And by assets, I mean raw OBJs, texture flats, etc.

There's been a few people giving things away on polycount in the past. Polycount even started as a way of sharing Quake models and textures. But, as you noted, with all the asset stores around today it's just much easier to find things on those you can use.
