have acer r7 laptop/tablet
and want to learn to draw digital way
i'm very bad in drawing so i need some tutorial for complete beginner
and from all of these good tutorials i just don't have clue how to start

Personally i'm moving back to real media after years of over using and relying on digital. The problem is that you will become far too reliant on "cheap" tricks and easy fixing to correct incorrect drawings (warping, move,etc). This wont help you learn to draw lines correctly in the first place. You'll also become reliant on the undo feature.

Draw what you like. If you like dinosaurs. Grab pictures of dinosaurs and copy them. As long as you remind yourself that drawing does not have to be a chore and remember it can be a fun process
and then as time goes on you can get more serious and try improve your drawings by studying line weight, anatomy, etc.
For example, don't do what I do a lot and just draw faces. ACtually analyze what you're doing, like where the zygomatic arch is, etc.
What the analysis is depends on what you're doing specifically. What I can generally recommend is try to break things down into bigger, simpler, primitive shapes.

sklokan, I haven't seen your work, but from the way you wrote it sounds like you want to use digital as a crutch for actual drawing skills. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I don't think it's helpful in the long run.

so i after some time (work out of home 1000+km away) i figured out i still want to draw
but job and rest of crap just dont give me time i need to do analog thing ,so i buy digital
have artrage and one from autodesk drawing software (got them for free)
and friend give me "free" edu licence of photoshop cs ,100% legal register on my name etc
i'm not in edu world any more but he is profesor so
so i'm set to go in digital -when i learn digital i guess wont be hard to return in analog

which one is for me to start 1st??

Start with the basics, line, lighting, composition... and build from there. Personally i would suggest Ctrl Paint to start, it´s what im using to learn
Try to keep a good balance of learning the fundamentals and doing the exercises, but also draw whatever you like to keep it being fun, and try to apply what you are learning to your own drawings to keep it fun
It takes time and practice to get better at drawing. There is no shortcut.
Keep practicing, draw every day, post your work for critique, keep drawing.
Consider enrolling in an art school -- not a college, just casual art classes on traditional artistic drawing.
If you can't afford that or can't fit that in busy schedule, you can buy a guide book such as "Fun With a Pencil" by Andrew Loomis, among others.
But a real live teacher is recommended.
