Vray lighting setup for character render

Hey guys!
Can anyone suggest me a good tutorial for vray about character lighting or character presentation?
I mainly want to learn how to create a good lighting scene and a proper workflow to composite the different render pass in photoshop
Also i would prefer a tutorial that is rendering a textured piece instead of a clay render.

There was a MasterClass from Gnomon on 'Efficient Cinematic Lighting' by Jeremy Vickery.
He goes into depth regarding his workflow using both Mental Ray and Vray.
