Natrual Hair Color Or Dye ?

So I was watching a documentary about Finnish Air Force and thought that " What an interesting country, lemme google that". I was searching through images than sudden these two pop up.
It struck me. I always wanted to study hair for character modelling and I said " That's it !" But then I wondered. " Is that natural color or dye ?" After all I don't see many people with almost white hair walking dıwn roads everyday
I thought it maybe a common hair color in Finland.
Then I thought someone from Finland maybe around here and why not asking directly to real person living there ?
So which one is it ? Natural or dye ?

Also Ankara means harsh in finnish, so your location reads as harsh turkey to me. Just thought you should know.
Sounds about right. The heat in Turkey vaporizes the brain cells out of our heads and changes our skin color, so we are all tanned guys with bad attitudes

Oh, so it is not real ? You see, I know nothing about hairdressing for women so
I'd hazard a guess that in this particular instance, it's real.
But the thing is, it's often impossible to tell, unless it's badly done!
