problem with mesh

couple of things come to mind, did you soften your normals? did you bake with a cage, and did you remember to check for ovelapping uvs/geometry. Ive had the same artifacts happen to me while baking, its normally a hint that there might be something wrong with your geo. overall, you should look into optimizing it, theres a couple little triangles there that are not doing anything.
