Best way for a unique wall

My question is really simple.
What it's the best way to make a unique stone wall ?
I know 3 way :
- Make a tileable texture on the flat wall.
- Make a tileable texture and extrude some stone.
- Make 2/3 unique stone and put together to make a wall.
Here I have used the last way. I made 3 unique stone and I put together to make a unique wall but I don't if it's the best way between visual and optimisation.
