normal issue

hey all,
im having a serious normal issue. It cuts by the mouth, and i cant make the normalmap smarter, as the zbrush uvmaster is fucking up, and i have way too much details to lose.
heres the

Is there anyone who can make any sense of this?

oh, and im running it in 3ds max, btw;)
If possible, try with a real time shader or in a game engine. If using vray or something like that, thats probably your issue.
and i would like to be able to render with it too. i mean, its not like vray hates normal maps:P
when importing the normal map(which got auto imported by zbrush), i had to make sure to go back into the normal map and override gamma to 1.0.
