THis is my second 3D model, achived by following some tutorials on youtube. I want to make a few changes to give it more of a "Hand Drawn" stylized feel. Any advice and or comments (mistakes) on the model are welcomed

I know it sucks :P but i would like to make it as good as i possibly can. Using it in a game engine for tests

First thing that stands out is your forgot the trigger and the gap between barrel has and object

There is not alot of definition in the stock, it has alot more curves especially at teh joint area.

Clip at bottom of stock is missing as well

I have also been trying to go for a more toon shaded / stylized look (like biochock or TF 2). Are there any resources for someone to learn how to hand draw textures who has 0 art talent?

I don't think you really need to do a full render. If you just apply a shiny material to it, and take some screenshots from the viewport than that should be sufficient (if not better than what you're currently doing) for showing wip shots.

The action bar(?) behind the pump handle doesn't seem to match your reference. Additionally, the shape of the handle seems off as well.
