Dock (Unreal4)

Howdy everybody, I am going to work on a post apocalyptic dock that I would love any sort of feedback on from anybody who would like to contribute.

Here is the concept art.
And here is the current block out. I think I am done with major proportions and stuff and I am moving onto modeling what I need.
Thank you guys for taking the time to look at this and I can't wait to show you what it looks like when I am done with it.
Oh and this time around I am going to show a cool Material I built in my last scene, the abandoned office. I just need to figure out the right way to show it off.
