I'm trying to create a chibi using a rigged and textured character.

You'd think it would be as simple as scaling the head bone, but no, doing so has no effect on the mesh. I tried w/ animation>bone tools but only managed to scale in one axis at a time, each of which would reset as soon as the next axis was manipulated.

There has to be a way other than starting all over w/ a new mesh. But how?
