Podcasts?

I've been hooked on podcasts lately and I'm wondering what game (indie or "big production")/3D podcasts are out there. News or interviews with artists/devs, anything interesting. Basically anything that would interest people on polycount. Thanks!

I don't know if this has been discussed before, couldn't find anything when I searched.

Thanks for the tips! So far I've been listening to a lot of "storytelling" podcasts. Very good for escaping on the subway/falling asleep/running/whatever. Not very good for listening to when working though, kinda hard to concentrate on both.

My current favorite podcast is Roguelike Radio. It's mostly focused on game design.

Also, Polycount's search function kinda sucks. Use Google to properly search Polycount by typing something like this into your browser's search box instead:

Tone Control is really good. It was done by one of the creators of Gone Home. It's discontinued now since The Fullbright Company is working on a new project, but the series is good all the same.

Not specifically 3D related, but Idle Thumbs and Gamers With Jobs are very good as well.

For non artsy stuff, the Nerdist's vast array of podcasts is worth a look. Some of them are a bit naff, but there is good stuff amongst them. I'd highly recommend the Nerdist Podcast itself as well as the Thrilling Adventure Hour.

The rest of the ones I listen to might be a little Australia/Melbourne centric to appeal much to an international audience.

Yeah I listen to a ton of stuff on the smodcast network myself. I definitely recommend everyone listen to the Fatman on Batman episodes with Neal Adams, he drops some serious wisdom from time to time.

And plenty of others I'm forgetting at the moment. I drive a lot and also listen to podcasts about 75% of the time while I'm working, so I tend to go through a few dozen hours worth a week.
