Ok, I'm probably missing something simple here, but I'm getting terrible artifacts on a mesh that looked fine in Marmoset. Anyone know what's up? Thanks.

Looks like you are exporting to FBX 2014 format. Only 2013 is supported. There should be a warning about it in the error log when you import as well.
