Modular Weathered Brick Building

Working on a modular weathered brick building for my 3D class. First time in UE4 but here is my blockout so far along with a basic texture for color choices. Let me know what you think!

Ive been struggling with the snow a bit but will continue to work on it.
Closed off the environment so it didn't look so empty. Still have lots to do but let me know what you think.
The lighting on the mesh is odd; I can't really see any shading - it seems like a solid color.
The snow under the fence is very sharp - some feathering or at least a less regular border could help.
Adding footprints would enhance the idea of a busy crime scene, and adding dirt would add to the crowded city feeling.
But maybe you should add a little more to the background. It's feeling empty right now, which doesn't fit a cityscene very well. Some far away builds might help.
