Hi, I just had this weird Maya viewport shading error. everytime I start a new scene, I got this kind of geometry shading in my viewport. I dont know how to get it back to normal. So now I have open my old maya files and delete everything in there and save as a new file to work with. and that works fine. Does anybody know how to fix this?? Thanks!

This likely has to do with your camera's near- and far-clip plane values. Usually this happens when you switch between measurement settings and/or have unusually large-scale objects compared to the unit size. Select your perspective camera from the Outliner to find the clip plane fields. A good nearclip value is between .001 and .1, and a good farclip value is 10000.
