Xnormal 3D viewer viewport all black

Any idea why my 3D viewer in Xnormal is showing up black every time I try to enter it? It was working fine just a minute ago and now whenever I go into the Launch Viewer button everything is black all you can see is the little light bulb, and all the settings are the same as I had them a minute ago when it was working any ideas whats going on?

    If you changed the mesh scale it might be off screen. Press one of the blue buttons in the top left corner; that sets camera to view object I think. You can also toggle show grid/stars, snap light to camera and other options on the side.
