Matching Softimage Units with UDK

So pretty basic question, out to any of you XSI goers. I'm just beginning to move into UDK and I've been having issues getting my basic grid unit to match up with a basic unit in UDK.

So basically I'm wondering how you other Softimage users get around this. Because the fbx exporter scale changer doesn't seem to help me all too much.

I just change the scale of my scene in XSI to match UDK, and work with it's snapping units.

Exactly see that's what I'm trying to find out. Cause I actually don't know what the UDK units are. Just getting accustomed to everything in it so I don't know what conversion that would be in the grid settings.

IIRC 1 unit in UDK = 1 unit in softimage (roughly 2cm). Character height is normally around 96units, although there's some variations on this, in Gears of War I believe they use 120units.

Just make a box at 96units and see how it looks ingame, will give you a decent starting point.
