I am looking for a concept that I have lost.
It has a group of gestapo style bunnies out side a military hanger that houses a large robot with a huge tank turret on top.
At the side of the military hanger a lone fox (anthropomorphised animal characters - biped) leans up against the wall like an infiltrator or detective with his pistol at the ready.
Think homage to Starfox, might help

looks like a reimagining of starfox to me.
If it were a re-imagining, it'd be Bucky O'Hare.
maybe this will help
lol spend too much time focusing on the centre and the light and you can miss what's going on in the shadows.
