Use Vertex Painting on BSP

hey guys,

I hope someone can help me. Is it possible to use Vertex Painting (Mesh Paint Mode) on a BSP in UDK?

I want to create puddles on my floor and i tried it with Vertexpainting but i cant draw on a BSP. I know that i could convert the bsp and import it in 3ds Max and add some Vertices but im looking for a other solution.

Or does anyone have an idea to create puddles on a floor ?

cant vertex paint bsp, just use decals, or use a mesh for your floor.

for puddles decals is prolly the best bet

definitely decals for this. However it should be said that bsp's are not best practice anymore. For essentially everything except the source engine, model it. You can do much more, and it will prform better in engine.
