Overall your progress is great but I believe the base of the next is to thin. Try widening it and see if that helps.

Also from the side view the head appears to be quite thin too. Try bring the next and back of the head out a little further.

All in all, keep at it. The finish line is in sight.

Very nice final shot!
The only piece of feedback I have is that the eyes look a little "dead." If you look at Mordin for example http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/original/3/36043/1264487-20091212011607_mordin_solus.png You'll see that his eyes are more glossy, which you had more of in your preview shot.
