  Not really a tutorial, but you can model a tree, put a FFD on it, and key the points to get some tree breeze animation.
  
  If you want it to be more random or whatever, look into doing some kind of physics stuff with rigid bodies and springs, or maybe even particles and fields.

  Just with max, no.
  I really like Grow FX.
  It is not that expensive and has some nice tools.
  There is a 30 days trial

  you might want to look into vertex paint, especially if its something for UDK

  Hey guys thanks for the response ^^ no ExcessiveZero I will leave everything inside of max! And thanks knacki i will definetely try Grow FX, you think it's better than Onyx tree generator?

  Haven't used Onyx. Sorry no idea.
  I just tried Grow FX last year. Very fast to learn and nice results.
  I was looking for growing plant animation.
  Grow FX did it very well.
