It looks very CG Texturey, and I know I have seen/used that roof and wall texture on their website for sure. The best thing you can do is bake your base textures from actual geometry, and use CG textures to create variation/detail/masks/ect. If you are going to use CG Textures as your base there are lots of things you can do to make them much better quality and fit the reference better.

The main things that jump out to me immediately is the roof is way off, and the windows do not really fit the gothic architecture style.
