awesome!. Can you show us some models,textures,wireframes ?. I was just in skyrim sometime ago and you nailed it. I did see some normal maps reading either not enough or too noisy. And i feel something is missing to really finish up the environment, why would you stop at copying when you can take it further than the original.

Can tell you've really put some effort into this, good job

The terrain at 1:20 looks a bit too wobbly I think. Presentation wise it'd be worth it to check out matinee and set up some panning cams. Try and look at particle effects / wind stuff in the UDK demo scenes, might bring the scene to live more.(Also post processing). For a first UDK try this is some nice stuff, keep it up!
