Problem with Courier animations

Okay so I exported FBX's for my custom courier, and when I load it up in the game, this is what I see...
and I was like
then I noticed there was this check box that says Show Low-Res Model, so I click it just to see what happens, and lo and behold, I see THIS!
Any ideas where this supposed "High-Res Model" is coming from? or how I fix it?? Thanks in advance!
