Hey. Posting my first images

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! First out is a transport vehicle, which is part of a larger Cold War sci-fi themed project.

Those textures are pretty sexy. Nice material definition! Are you photo sourcing these? What are you rendering these in? If these are meant to be game ready models you might want present what it looks like in a game engine. Also for final presentation shots, black backgrounds are not so nice on the eyes imo

a dark grey is much more pleasing.

Thanks tynew! I usually paint masks for rust, dirt, scratches etc in 3DCoat. Then I use them as layer masks in Photoshop for photo sources. Some details are just painted, and used as they are, for example the dirt between the rim and tire. These images are rendered with Octane.

I'm working on a Toolbag presentation of the model. And I'll definitively use a grey background instead, the black background is indeed harsh on the eyes
