Anybody used it? How are the tools? Can you do most of your art in a vector program like illustrator then animate and script it using the noesis tools? I'm looking into it for a project and there's not much information about it.

From what I read, you use some kind of app MS put out a couple years ago (I do not know if MS even supports it anymore).

NoesisGUI was released only one month ago. That is the reason there is not much information in internet for now.
