with the arm take note of how the brachioradialis effects the surface.

The arm looks pretty good, can make out the underlying musculature which is great!
The ears looks good too.
If you really want to improve your anatomy i suggest doing a muscle study. It will help you tons!
As far as the old man is concerned, his eyes and lips looks strange. Tehy seem to be missing underlying structure and volume. Keep going through
