1) This is from a stamped receiver, you're modeling a milled one. It should be part of the receiver. Example: http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa246/destateklu/Bulgarian%20Reference%20Guide/BulgarianEarlyAK47Russian3.jpg
2) What are these? These shouldn't be there at all.
3) Can't see whether you've fixed the front sight, but in earlier screens, it's not right. Notice how it's supposed to look like from the image I've included below.
4) The muzzle piece is not correctly modeled - it's not faceted, it's milled flat on both sides (like in the picture).
5) I don't see the recoil spring carrier button at the back of the receiver cover (the part that locks it in place).
6) Maybe you just haven't finished modeling that part, but I'll point it out just in case - this is not a hole, it's where the retention lever goes. Also, it should be a bit larger (the "square-ish" part, not the hole).
7) That doesn't look rigth.
8 ) This is the left side of the locking lever for the gas tube, not just a depression.

It's been mentioned before and you seem to have fixed some, but there are still some edges that should be widened some more, like for example the front of the gas block - these probably won't bake very well.
Lastly, how wide is your receiver? It should be about 34 to 35 mm.
Other than that, it's pretty well done.

Do you have any examples of a real life one having that?
That muzzle is set out that way for a reason, is threaded so you can attach flash hiders etc onto it.

There are however two (well, three) inaccuracies. The weapon in your reference is an AKM and your model is an AK type 3. The bayonet youve added is for an AKM (http://www.dandbmilitaria.com/images/D/akm-bayonet--%5B2%5D-7144-p.jpg) and cannot be attached to an earlier AK. The second inaccuracy is the way youve attached the sling being an AK type 3, the front attachment is located on the gas block, not on the lower hand guard retainer.

The third is very much related to the previous one the rear sling swivel is the one on the receiver these AKs didnt have a sling swivel on the buttstock. Technically, though, it wouldnt be very hard to take a sling swivel from an AKM or later and attach it to the buttstock.
One last question does the guy in that reference picture have rocks in his barrel?:poly115:
