Quite a bit of cool stuff here! I particularly liked the sequences with the ships at 1:25, the ocean effect was pretty dang cool.

Some things to take in mind while editing your video, the first part, featuring the FPS game was incredibly cutty. As soon as I tried to soak in what effect you were showcasing, it cut away to another clip. Let the clips play out longer so we get a chance to see the effects in action.

That being said, could also shave off a LOT of the video. It can be tempting to show off all that you've done, but people are going to loose their patience if they're seeing too much of the same thing. For example the clips of the second game you showcased played on very long, and most of the clips were showing a lot of the same effects (especially the clip at 1:06, we don't need to see 11 seconds of you shooting the monster. That could easily be cut down to 3 or 4 seconds). Let your clips play long enough to properly showcase the effect, but not so long that they begin to bore the audience.

You should also make sure you pick your best work, and as high of quality footage as you can find. Some clips like the waterfall at 2:50 don't do you too many favors, as it doesn't look as high quality as the rest of the effects we've seen so far.

Lastly, get some music! Music not only helps to keep the audience interested, but also gives you a lot of cool opportunities to synchronize the video with the audio, giving your presentation more impact.

Here are some examples of good fx reels I've seen:

Hope that helps, good luck with your work!

    Hi Vman
I totally agree with your discussion and I will do fix it soon update.
I just a little confused some people want to listen the music. it would be case by case?

Music can make or break a showreel, The examples that The Vman posted were very solid with the videos cuts being synchronized with the audios beat. I really suggest you do the same!

The only other critique is that you should try shorten it down a bit, while keeping a large variation in the work that you are displaying.

Great stuff! I agree with vman, the jumpcutting is very disorienting and doesn't give the viewer enough time to appreciate your work. Focus on what you think your best FX are and highlight those longer instead.
