MOH: Allied Assault inspired environment in UDK

I'm starting an environment based on the main menu from Medal of Honor Allied Assault. Here's some screenshots from the game.
And here's what I have in engine so far, there's some lightmap issues I need to fix already.
I'm going to stray from the original. It's going to be a bit darker and messier and with more cigarette smoke so I can practice particle effects.
What do ya think ?

Anyway here's some progress, going to finish off more misc assets and start texturing them soon. Then it's onto the hero assets.
All critique and advice is welcome and encouraged.
Looks like a good start. Is that a carpet texture you have for the floor? Looks a bit too grainy atm. It seems to me that the war room itself has a hard concrete type floor. I know you said you were steering away from the original. Maybe play around with some different surface types and see what works best.
