i'm starting from scratch new set for dota 2, and i want to share my progress with you

Nice, love the concept. Make sure to get that nice downward curve on the bottom of the helm like you have in the sketch, your low poly is curving forward currently and breaking up the flow of the design.

I think the sculpt is missing a lot of the qualities that the original concept had for example the sharp corners and angular design. Right now, the sculpt looks kind of generic while the concept had a nice stylization to it that really spoke to me.

@Spudnik - thanks for advice, i will rework normal map, upload one screenshot without normal i think still on the track

Well your concept art looks stunning, but the model could use some more attention.
Like sputnik said you're missing a lot of the detail from the concept and it's almost a shame to get that wasted!

Also the color vaiation of the hair is a bit too much I think.

Ingame it doest look to bad, but I think u can do better!

fix base mesh and adding more detail, i think i can add and damaged area on the shield
