Hey everyone!

Now I am gonna be honest, I know nothing about scripting. Almost zilch.

I am currently doing some work that requires me to change the textures of about 15 assets (each containing multiple multi-sub objects with vray materials on them) that are repeated through a scene... from .tif files to .jpeg. I have got both file types, and I am going to put them in the same folder; is there a script I can use to just... make every .tiff file swap to it's .jpeg equivalent?

This project has had so many file type changes (dds to tiff to tga to jpeg) for many different assets, so I have spent heaps of time in the material editor jumping up and down multisub objects and through vray texture map roll outs. If anyone can help me speed this up, or point me in the right direction to solve this, I would be forever grateful!

Thanks for reading!

Cheers
Jarv
