Creating terrain for games

Hi guys' New to the forums so I apologize if this isnt't the place to ask these questions.
Are there any in depth tutorials about creating terrain and entire outdoor levels for specific use in games. From modeling to texturing to properly importing the meshes.

This a thousand times this! I tried it out a couple of days ago, works amazing. But there are a few things i havent figured out yet. When i bake my lighting in UDK i get a propts that says that Landscape isnt avalible for Mobile. Even if im not baking for mobile or anything.
