Hi, everyone. I am going into my final year of school at the Art Institute of California Sacramento and am starting my senior project which will be used for my graduation portfolio next yr. Right now I am in my Senior Project Planning class which is where we break down everything we are going to work on for 22 weeks in Project 1 and 2. My plan is create two environments one small interior and one large exterior. Please feel free to critique my work as it can help me get better.

I think you should do one small exterior or one small interior and really knock it out of the park. Aim for quality, not quantity. Then if you have extra time after you've finished the first environment, start a new one.
Because two rushed environments won't work for a professional portfolio, but one good environment populated by a plethora of good looking props will definitely help you get a job.
Also, when doing sketches, once you're done with the overheads, start doing isometric or 3/4 views of the environment in perspective, it'll speed things up when it comes to modeling.
Some new concepts that I've done in the last couple weeks
