What's wrong with this scene?

This is what happens when we build all in our UDK scene for our final level assignment project due in 1.5 days. Why this? The cabins are comprised of 2 texture maps, one for the rooftop/inner ceiling, window frames, floor and doorways, and the other texture map accommodates the logs.

I combined the cabins as one mesh in Maya (to use per poly collision in UDK this time because they are not built modular), and quick and dirty'd the light maps in the UV texture editor by copying the UV's into a new set and flattening, then switched back to the initial texture map before exporting the FBX's.

Hopefully this issue looks familiar to someone who can provide some insight as to why it is happening! The textures display fine under any other circumstances, in maya viewport, UDK's collision editor, etc. But when we built lighting they are ruined.
