first time sculpting in zbrush im still new to it. I know i have to learn more tricks, if you guys have any suggestions please let me know.

The leaves on the tree are huge.

The tree is really too far back in the final render to be able to critique the texture. The leaves are way too big. At that size it makes the tree look like it's about 6ft tall.

I would also put in some sort of scale reference, like a barrel or ruin wall of somekind. But scaling those leaves down will help alot.

Thanks! i will scale the leaves down a bit.. im planning to make a scene in udk. The tree is suppose to be huge. Like one of those tree in the movie Avatar. i will post an update soon

hello friends! i have never touch UDK in my life before LOL, this will be my first time playing around the software. Since I had this amazing dream about, I was in the jungle with full of amazon ladies! heheh of course! LOL i just have to re-create the scenario as much as i can!!. I pretty much just used my rock and the tree that I did. I still have to add different variety of trees, bushes, and rocks but so far this is what I have. And by the way, if you guys know about how to create waterfall and water in UDK please let me know. Since im using just the preset in UDK. -cheers!!!

Hi.Your tree looks nice and good, except one thing.the leaves are too big. And about your waterfall question.You can make waterfall easily with a few planes, and some material trickery.

Anyway you can make 2x resolution screenshot if you press play, then you type to the console "togglescreenshotmode" then "tiledshot".

You also mentioned that you wanted the trees to be especially large, like in Avatar. If that's still your goal, then they are not coming off that way. They appear to be normal sized when compared to everything else.

yeahh, apprently it doesnt look good with the bigger size. i will re-size the tree leaves as you guys speak.. but right now im currently modelling a mushrooms and flower atm. I will post another screen shot soon. -cheers!

Aside from what the others have said about the leaf size considering you want your tree to be Avatar scale, I would also scale the waterfalls down and the reduce the size of the bumps that the waves make on your water shader. Your tree still looks tiny compared to the world you are creating ( even without the leaves). I would probably add more branches to the tree structure. It looks old and gnarled but having just a few branches shooting off from the trunk without more branches sprouting off from it.

I would say stop concentrating on the fog, rain and everything else and first make your tree and other assets look good.
