[UDK] A structure by the beach

Here is an environment I’ve been working on in UDK. It is work in progress; I’m looking for C&C so I can make it better as it will be going on my portfolio.

I used Zbrush/Photoshop/world machine for my terrain, a modular approach when making most of the meshes.
A list of things I plan to add/change:
Adding some doors
Glass for the windows
Look into making a better shader for my candles
Add trees/grass/rocks
A focal point – Still don’t know what to make
What do you think is lacking?

I’m mainly looking for C&C on the feel of the environment and the presentation of it, any guidance would be nice, thanks for taking a look.
