have a look at this thread. Some of the solutions we talk about in it probably would address your issue too., if its related to UVs/having a texture applied on export.
Make sure you have atleast one material applied to the mesh before export.
Make sure you UV's are in the proper ID channel (1 in Apps like Max, 0 in UDK).
Make sure you exporting your mesh with all the stuff above enabled.
If all of that doesn't work, give UDK a massage with a happy ending, while talking to eat dirty and what you're going to do with all of it's 1 and 0's...
