Quick question regarding images on polycount

Hello!

Im trying to start making regular posts and such on here but wanted to ask about image posting stuff...What image hosting sites do u like to use? I host some images on my blog..but there is a max image size limit on that so was wondering if something like...photobucket works well?

any info would be great, thank u!.

Typically I just use my own site, but I also tend to use Imgur for smaller WiP stuff as to not detract bandwidth.

Dropbox is blocked for some people at work, which is silly.

They just unblocked dropbox here at work oddly enough, but before that google drive seemed to do the job, as well as imgur.

i find some people use photobucket as well

I always use Flickr. I think its great and I know some people like they said have certain sites blocked at work, I heard Flickr isn't for some as well.

Imgur is probably the best at the moment, large sizes, no compression, doesn't over spam ads. Also they tend to keep images hosted on the site a lot longer than imageshack and other sites, and they don't take stuff down if it gets too much traffic (like dropbox).

I always recommend Imgur because dropbox is blocked at an increasing number of workplaces and it sucks to not be able to see all of the inspirational work.

Still use imageshack.us (with account). It's free and fast and you can choose to upload it in a specific size or just upload it without change (one i usually choose). Works perfect for me. Used to use photobucket but for some reason lately they always change the size automatically.

Especially silly since it's incredibly useful FOR work. I use it to transfer files all the time...
