so,i entered the non ending loop of hell in UDK.
Probbably due to mine unexperience in it.
Problem:
I get in,create new lvl.I import my meshes,textures,i create materials,place meshes into the 'world' and texture them correctly.F8 works,everything works.
Then,i want to save it so i can continue later.
I go save level file,i save it,then i check all packages that are offered for my save and save them too.
I quit UDK,i enter it again,i get an default empty scene,and in contents browser i can see my packages containing the textures,materials and other stuff i put there previously.
ANd i can import those all over again into the default world.
BUT,i load my level which i saved previously,and hell breaks loose.If i try to run a F8 test,it gives me some error that it cant save package maps due to external graph link.And it just keeps me in loop there.
I try to save that external stuff manually from cont browser,but i doesnt allow me to do it from there.
What the heck? : D

which on a default install is in UDKGame/Content
So,there is no way to get around that default folder,no way for UDk to somehow link the location of the level file to packages files?
