Viper Fox Mask WIP
I'm working on a mask design I made for a contest. This is called the Viper Fox Mask

I fixed the texture and ... not good enough though. But it was really helpful as I realized things in 3D environment just never go absolutely as the 2D concepst suggest.
It's coming along nicely. One thing I would try to focus on is properly addressing materials. So far I can see the gold, but other than that I can't really make out what sort of material the white is. Is it cloth?
Also I liked what you had in the concept for the open version of the mask, i'd look at that because on the 3d side it seems to be getting lost, maybe bring out the teeth more with a brighter color and if it's gold/bronze that should help make it pop.
