Problem with nDo2's hard surface height map generator

Hi there. I need to convert my ndo2-created normal map into a hard surface height map but when I attempt to do so using ndo2 it kind of just stops half way through. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm using the latest version of nDo2, Photoshop CS5 (tried on cs6 as well though) and Win 7 64.

    I've had similar problems when trying to generate a HM from nDo2. The only work around i could seem to find, is go through the layers 1 by 1 and hide different layers then generate.

    I found its usually one or two layers that don't want to play nice and ruin the results. Especially normal's generated from a photo.

    Doesn't look like you have but my nDo2 wigs out from time to time, and mistakes paint layers for photo layers.
