  Hey Amit. I can see you've been quite busy producing these sculpts and they are really coming along. The two that really stand out is the bloke with the glasses in the first post and the monk in your 4th. With those sculpts I say your on the right track.
  
  But I believe you need to use more references when it comes to your female sculpts, especially for the heads. As they stand now they aren't bad but you need to push them further such the muscule and bone structures and features. Just keep chipping away at it mate!

  Thanks Di$array for your kind words. You are right. I need to put my more focus on female faces. I'll keep that advice in mind do the needful to improve my work.
