Reflective Glass Windows

Relatively a UDK n00b... can anyone give me some kind of clear tutorial (or clearer than youtube) on how to create glass windows in UDK to add more to the scene I'm currently doing?

Very few games use any kind of true reflections at all, because they're crushingly expensive.
I don't know what your scene looks like, but it's probably a better idea to use a cubemap.
