Well, after many refinements, I have this sorta finished walk cycle test. I think I did a decent job but I would like to hear what you guys think. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

Lot of problems here... But I think the two fundamental ones are:

    1. Posing is poorly defined; nothing ties together which results in there being no clear sense of purpose to this walk.
    2. No sense of weight. The hips are totally rigid. No x-trans. No y-trans. No rotation.

There are also some further technical issues, although to be honest I wouldn't worry about until you've got the main problems sorted. I will mention them briefly as they're common mistakes and you should be aware of them.
    3. Right knee is popping like crazy (problem with spacing).
    4. Movement is very linear (left forearm, right shoulder), or jerky (feet); (problem with cushioning).

1 and 2 are fundamental, and should be your immediate concern. 3 and 4 are trivial by comparison.

Going from this clip, my guess would be you have no formal training and this is a first attempt (or close enough to it). It kinda sounds like you've put a fair bit of time into this, but my advice is to start over. There's no finessing this; it's misfiring at a fundamental level.

First of all you need to sort out a decent workflow, as I'd almost put money on there not being one. I also suspect everything's been animated separately, as that's what it feels like at the moment. Try http://www.anticz.com/Walks.htm for a start, as it's walk cycle specific.

Also might pay to read up on workflows. This one's a pretty popular starting point.
